Patience can fray in those long lines at Disney theme parks. In Orlando, Fla., a mother was convicted of beating another woman at Walt Disney World for allegedly cutting in line.

Victoria Walker, who was sentenced to 90 days in jail, apologized to the victim and was given credit for 32 days already served. The 52-year-old Anniston, Ala., woman was accused of beating and kicking Aimee Krause in May 2007 in line at the Mad Tea Party.
